Who We Are

This program was established within the Department of Mathematical Sciences at George Mason University in 1994. It is a self-supported program. The purpose of it is to offer non-credit enrichment courses in mathematics and computer science for students who are entering the 7th grade through the 12th grade. The courses are designed to provide an accelerated learning environment in a college atmosphere for high-potential students. The classes are held at George Mason University, Fairfax campus. Starting 2019, we will offer online courses. We will also offer training courses for groups of students from overseas in the near future.

Starting 2019 summer, the courses are offered in the free online individually-paced setting as a year-round program. This change is for reaching out to more talented students so that they don't have to worry about the tuition nor the transportation. This is also to eliminate the parents' worry about the safety of their children (minors) in an open college environment.

The current registration form is available at Free Online Mathematics and Technology for Talented Youth Program .
